Application Management Services – AI

AMS stands for Application Management Services, and it encompasses a wide range of services such as application monitoring, functional enhancements, issue resolution, performance tuning, and integration of advanced technologies like AI and cloud computing.
AMS Consulting Services refers to the strategic management, support, and continuous optimization of enterprise applications—delivered by a dedicated team of experts who ensure that critical business software operates efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational goals.
AMS is not just about fixing bugs or reacting to issues—it’s a proactive, long-term approach to
optimizing the performance and value of business applications throughout their lifecycle.

Purpose

Reduce IT Complexity

Modern enterprises often use a mix of legacy systems, third-party platforms, cloud
applications, and custom-built software. Managing this complexity internally becomes
overwhelming and inefficient.

Minimize Downtime

Every minute of system downtime can mean lost revenue, disrupted operations, and poor
customer experience. AMS ensures application availability and business continuity.

Enhance System Performance

As usage grows and new features are added, applications may slow down or
underperform. AMS consultants continuously analyse and optimize application
performance.

Leverage New Technologies (AI, ML, Cloud) within Existing Systems

One of the most valuable aspects of AMS today is helping companies modernize legacy
systems without replacing them entirely, by integrating cutting-edge technologies.

Improve User Experience

Business applications are only as effective as their usability. Poor interfaces and slow
response times can frustrate users and reduce adoption.

The Bigger Picture

By achieving these goals, AMS Consulting Services transforms IT from a cost center into a strategic enabler. Companies that adopt AMS:

  • Stay competitive through faster innovation
  • Remain resilient through optimized operations
  • Gain agility to scale and pivot with business needs
  • Derive more value from existing IT investments

INTRODUCTION TO LARGE LANGUAGE MODEL (LLM)

What is an LLM ?

A Large Language Model (LLM) is a powerful AI system trained on vast amounts of text to understand, interpret, and generate human-like language. It can answer questions, explain concepts, and solve problems in real-time.

What Does iSYNC’s LLM Do?

Our custom-built LLM is tailored specifically for SAP defects. It intelligently analyzes the defects, identifies patterns, and instantly provides a clear, step-by-step resolution. If the solution is not already stored in our internal knowledge base, the LLM automatically searches trusted sources on the web — including Google — to find the most accurate and up-to-date resolution. Once found, it stores the new solution in our growing error library, making future responses faster and smarter. This dynamic, self-learning capability ensures your SAP support system is always improving, learning, and ready.

iSYNC’s Error Resolution Assistant Powered by Mistral LLM

Introduction

iSYNC AI assistant is built on the Mistral-7B-Instruct, one of the most advanced open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) available today. This AI-powered system is tailored specifically to solve SAP Type E (Hard) errors and other complex SAP system issues.

Irrespective of the SAP module, whether the issue is in Finance (FI), Material Management (MM), or Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (PTP), Production Planning (PP), Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) and Logistics (LO), the assistant provides real-time, actionable solutions by understanding the context, consulting a growing knowledge base, and—when needed—searching the web for the latest resolution.

Core Components

1. Semantic Search Engine (FAISS + Transformers)

    • We have deployed FAISS (Facebook AI Similarity Search) to quickly find similar errors
      stored in our local library.
    • Paired with Sentence Transformers, it allows the assistant to match not just exact error
codes, but also variations in phrasing or description.
    • This ensures users get the closest possible match — even if the error text is non-standard or partial.
 2. Mistral-7B-Instruct LLM

    • At the heart of the assistant lies Mistral-7B-Instruct, a cutting-edge open-source LLM known for its reasoning, language understanding, and instruction-following capabilities.
    •  Responsibilities for Mistral 7B Instruct LLM includes:
      •  Explaining SAP errors in plain language
      •  Suggesting probable causes
      • Generating step-by-step resolutions
      •  Learning from new interactions
    •  Mistral runs on a secure GPU environment (e.g., Hugging Face API or OpenRouter) using token-based authentication.
3. Error Resolution Library (Self-Learning Knowledge Base)
    • Most of the SAP generated errors and their resolutions are stored in a local
      JSON-based database.
    • Upon encountering a new error and the resolution by the LLM, it automatically records
      and incorporates into the library.
    • With each use, the assistant becomes more intelligent, learns and grows smarter
      through continuous engagement.

4.  Web Search Integration

    •  The assistant reformulates the original query and uses advanced search techniques to improve the likelihood of finding relevant and related resolutions if not available in the local library. The search prioritizes certain types of related information or sources based on relevance and authority.
      • Google Search APIs (or programmed scraping from official SAP help pages)
      •  Assistant is designed to filter logic to extract and summarize only the most reliable and related content.
    • The LLM then rephrases the findings into a clean, user-ready resolution.

5.  Persistence + Audit Trail

    • The system maintains a record of each error and its resolution with:
      •  Timestamp of resolution
      • Source of the solution (Library / LLM / Web)
      • Author or generator (manual or automatic)
  •  Ensuring regulatory adherence and audibility, this tool provides a clear path for accountability.

6. ️ User Interface (Optional: Gradio UI)

    • We also support deploying the assistant via a Gradio-based UI for web usage.
    • This interface allows SAP users or consultants to enter errors, receive instant feedback, and view historical logs — all in one place.

Why this iSYNC LLM AI Assistant?

  • Reduces SAP Downtime by Resolving Issues Instantly
    • Our AI assistant eliminates the wait time typically associated with SAP error resolution. Instead of relying on lengthy support chains or manual troubleshooting, users receive immediate solutions—whether from the internal library, an LLM response, or a real-time
web lookup. This drastically reduces system downtime, ensuring that operations continue without costly interruptions.
  • Empowers Non-Technical Users to Understand and Fix Critical System Errors
    • The assistant is designed with user-friendliness at its core. It translates complex SAP error codes and technical jargon into plain, actionable language. Even users without a background in SAP configuration can follow the guidance and apply resolutions
confidently as long as they have security access to the Development System (gold client)—making error-handling accessible across departments.
  • Learns Continuously — Becomes More Valuable Over Time
    • Every interaction with the assistant strengthens its capabilities. When it encounters a new error, it resolves it using LLMs or online resources and then logs the solution into the internal knowledge base. Over time, this growing library ensures faster and more accurate results, turning the assistant into a self-improving, AI-driven SAP expert.
  • Bridges SAP with the Power of Modern AI
    • By integrating Large Language Models into the SAP support ecosystem, we’re modernizing how enterprise systems are managed. This assistant acts as a smart layer between users and the SAP backend—bringing natural language understanding, intelligent search, and contextual reasoning to a traditionally rigid environment. It represents the future of intuitive enterprise support powered by AI.
